Thoughts for the day
Nice day…almost, but
not quite 80°.
Our discussion group
met yesterday afternoon. We had a lively discussion regarding the oceans. The
senate still needs to ratify the latest treaty regarding use of the ocean. There
are a lot of rare metals down there and a huge lack of knowledge as to how the
various ecosystems actually work down there. Without a whole lot more knowledge,
countries could devastate the current ecosystems at the bottom of the ocean and
in the process destroy the entire planet’s various ecosystems. Tread lightly
for sure.
I have known one of the couples in our group for almost 10 years. She was a registered nurse and he was a university math professor. About 5 years ago they moved from their multi-level home to a single level home in a new area. I learned yesterday that they have now moved into an independent living community here in Flag. I’m never sure how old they are but I learned yesterday they voted for Kennedy in 1960. Neither of them is in the best of health and this is a good move.

Answer
If you say
the word "silence," you'll have broken the silence and it will
disappear. Ghosts and moths don't have that ability, and though Rumpelstiltskin
got mad when people said his name, he still stuck around.
