Today’s Quote                                                        Today’s Meme

Once you’ve accepted your flaws, no one can use them against you.

Today’s Thoughts

A beautiful spring day. What a great to be in the spring.

I had a follow-up CT scan this morning. Went well. It’s just a check from my lung issues a year ago. I was happy to see that a sign from the pandemic has finally been removed for the Radiology office. The sign said ‘Misbehavior will not be tolerated. This includes yelling, arguing, swearing in the office. Security will be called. Thank you for your compliance’. It always seemed extreme to me.

Graceland, Elvis’ home, will remain the same after a foreclosure notice was given to the heirs. The family is claiming it is a fraud. Hope it works out for them.

When I fly, I always keep my seatbelt loosely fastened unless I walk around. I have also flown on Singapore Airlines. Guess it’s a good practice after the death of a passenger on a plane that hit turbulence.

Did you Know?

Origin of common phrases

Ragamuffin

In the South, a "ragamuffin" is someone who is looking sloppy or ragged. In the late 1800s, children dressed up on Thanksgiving Day and beg for fruit or candy in what became known as Ragamuffin Day, and some towns held parades for children in costume.
