Thoughts for the
day
Another nice late summer day.
I’m still enjoying the great news I got for my oncology doctor. I am
continuing to get better every day.
I spent a little time at Walmart get household stuff and food staples. It
was another successful trip.
I am glad that the officials have the Charlie Kirk’s shooter before the
courts. I don’t need to hear all the ins and outs of what the charging
documents say. Just trust the system and let it play out.
Historic Figures
who died too soon…
Tupac Shakur
Tupac Shakur was more than a
mere rapper. He was a legendary poet, activist, and cultural force to be
reckoned with. His death at the age of 25 left the world humbled in reflection
over what he could've been.
Wrong Common
Knowledge
Lightning Never Strikes the
Same Place Twice
It absolutely does. In fact, some places get hit by lightning repeatedly,
like the Empire State Building, which gets struck dozens of times a year.
Lightning follows the path of least resistance, so tall structures are prime
targets.
