Thoughts for the day
Another windy day…it always happens as
the seasons change.
It’s drying out our forest.
On Sunday, the Cards beat the Rams,
but the Broncos lost to the Steelers.
There was another assassination
attempt on Trump. I am appalled that my country has fallen so far from our
ideals. The guy set up around 2am and wasn't discovered until after noon. WOW?! I still believe our President is selected on Election Day by the people.
Political violence has been increasing in this country in the last decade. Very
little has been done to prevent it. Both sides have been involved and both sides
continue to say it.
Until we elected statesmen/stateswomen
to various Federal offices this will continue. Statespeople look at the big
picture for the good of the country; whereas politicians only look to the next
election.

Before Mount Everest was discovered,
what was the highest mountain in the world?
Random Thoughts…
To be called inconsistent, you have to
be consistently inconsistent. Making you consistent.
There might be particles that do move
faster than the speed of light, but we just wouldn’t be able to see them.

Slang Words…
Regifting
- Pop culture reference point:
"Seinfeld" (1995)
Have you ever passed off an unwanted
present to someone else? Turns out, you have "Seinfeld" to thank for
giving the practice an official name. The phrase "regifting" showed
up in Season 6 episode "The Label Maker," in which a pair of Super
Bowl tickets are repeatedly gifted from one character to another.
