Thoughts for the day

A clear nice day.

I’m confused…again. Trump said no demolition of the East Wing of the People’s House…but photos sure look like demolition.

I first started renting while I was in college, when I joined 3 other friends to rent an apartment in my Junior year. When I got to my career, the only housing available was renting from the government. When I retired, I found a nice townhouse to rent.
There are pros and cons to renting. I think I will remind the President, that he is currently a renter. He must follow the owner’s rules. This is the People’s house. Every renter knows that one can’t demolish anything…that is up to the owner. As a renter, if you don’t like the rules of the owner, you are free to move. The owner is responsible for any maintenance that is needed.  It's time for the HOA (the citizens) to remind him he living in a rental.

Exploring the Richest Countries…

Germany

Germany is one of the wealthiest countries in the world, with a GDP per capita of $48,111 and a total GDP of $3.9 trillion. Its economy is driven by the services, manufacturing, and technology sectors. The service sector accounts for around 70% of Germany’s economic output while industry makes up 28%.

GDP per Capita: Germany has one of the highest GDP per capita in Europe at 48,111 USD. This means that it ranks fourth globally when it comes to average income levels among its citizens. This high level of wealth allows Germans to enjoy a higher standard of living than many other nations across the globe.

Services make up the largest portion (70%) of Germany’s economy, followed by industry (28%). Within these two main sectors are various sub-sectors such as finance and insurance; real estate; business services; transportation; communication; retail trade; health care and social assistance; education services, and public administration – all contributing significantly to German economic growth over time.

Germany is one of the world’s most powerful and influential economies, with a strong focus on exports. Despite its wealth, there are still disparities in terms of income distribution within the country. Next up is India, another major economic power that has seen tremendous growth in recent years.

“Germany is one of the wealthiest countries in the world – and it’s no wonder why. With a GDP per capita of $48,111 and services making up 70% of its economy, Germany is sure to keep its citizens living in luxury. #GermansDoItBetter”

Interesting facts…

Random Thoughts…

Aliens invaded the moon on July 20th, 1969. Technically.

I am quite certain that the intense fear of falling relates to the intense desire to fly.

How does the guy who drives the snow plow get to work in the morning?

Society, you tell us to be ourselves then you judge the crap out of us, why are you so hypocritical?!
