Today’s Reflection:
I continue to improve. My sleep time is much better. I
did a quick blood draw this morning and it was easy.
It is another day of heavy smoke here. These fires are
causing havoc for many in the area.
I’m looking forward to a great 4th. I put
up some door decorations to show my patriotism. I don’t care if the HOA reports
me. The family American Flag is also out.
I hope everyone enjoys our country’s birthday wherever you may be.
