Today’s Thoughts
Last night brought a dusting of snow. Now it’s clouds and a little windy.
Moisture still in the forecast.
Our discussion group meets today to discuss China/US Relations since
Nixon made his famous visit. It has been a time of many perils. There are business
issues, political issues, and technology issues at the front of the line. This
is a web that is difficult to navigate here, in China, and around the world. It
should be a vibrant discussion.
This spring weather is quite common. Several days, of temps in the 70’s,
get everyone excited for spring. Then much cooler temps, rain/snow for a few
days, then back to spring.

Interesting Facts
Fact: The bumblebee bat is the world’s
smallest mammal
Weighing in at 0.05 to 0.07 ounces, with a head-to-body length of 1.14 to
1.29 inches and a wingspan of 5.1 to 5.7 inches, the bumblebee bat—also known
as Kitti’s hog-nosed bat—is the smallest mammal in the world, according to
the Guinness Book of World Records. To see this tiny bat for
yourself, you’d have to visit one of a select few limestone caves on the Khwae
Noi River in Kanchanaburi Province of southwest Thailand. Here are more

creatures that play a big role in the environment.
