‡‡ Joke
For The Day‡‡
My
husband had just lost 50 pounds when, after eight years of being a housewife, I
had taken a job in a restaurant.
When I returned home after my first day at work, I gave my husband a big hug.
He seemed to cling to me longer than usual. "Did you really miss me that
much today, dear?" I asked.
"No," came the reply. "But you smell so much like pancakes that
I hate to let you go."

Police in California, released photos of a woman, who was found wandering on
the streets naked. Fresno Police asked the public for help in identifying a
woman who was naked with just a sports bra on when she was found wandering a
street in the early morning hours. The woman did not give police much
information. She told police that her name was Joanna, and that she is a
mermaid. She told police that her hair was wet because she had been in a lake.
The woman was taken to a hospital for observation. Police identified the woman
as 5 feet and 4 inches tall, weighing about 150 pounds, brown eyes and brown
hair, and she has webbed toes on both feet. The woman, whose identity was not
released, came to Fresno last week. She was visiting the area as she was
contemplating moving there.

‡‡Somewhat
Useless Information‡‡
Some
people believe that the "all-seeing Eye" is much more conspiratorial
in nature, especially since the same symbol has also been utilized by the
Freemasons. These theorists believe that the founding of our country was
heavily influenced by the Masons and Masonic beliefs. Not a far-flung theory
since George Washington and other founding fathers were, in fact, Freemasons.

The Latin motto Annuit Ceptis appears over the pyramid; it translates into
"He [God] has favored our undertaking." The scroll underneath the
pyramid reads Novus Ordo Seclorum, or "A new order of the ages,"
which was meant to signify the dawn of the new American era.
***
If you look at your dollar bills closely, you will find what appears to be
either a little spider or a tiny owl right near the large '1' at the top right
of the dollar bill. Some people say it is a secret reference to fate, or
wisdom. Others say it is an accidental result of where the webbed lines are
supposed to converge, and is not intentional.

‡‡How
our states were named‡‡
Utah
Derived
from the name of the native tribe known as the Nuutsiu or Utes (which
itself may come from the Apache yudah, yiuta or yuttahih,
meaning “they who are higher up”), whom the Spanish first encountered in
modern-day Utah in the late 1500s. In the tribe’s language, ute means
“Land of the Sun.” (The tribe referred to themselves as the “Nuciu” or
“Noochew,” which simply means “The People.”)

1960
Yabba
Dabba Doo! Iconic animated Stone Age family "The Flintstones" first
drove their foot-powered "car" into our living rooms in 1960. Wilma
and Fred Flintstone spent most of their time with friends Barney and Betty
Rubble, who adopted their son Bamm-Bamm in season 3. Near the end of the same
season, Wilma and Fred had their daughter Pebbles. The series came to an end in
1966, but you can still catch full-length episodes on multiple streaming
outlets. Source: IMDb.

All ‘data’ info is from the internet sites and is usually checked with
at least one other source, but I have learned that every site contains mistakes
and sadly once the information is out there, many sites simply copy it and is
therefore difficult to verify. Also for events occurring before the Gregorian
calendar was adopted [1582] the dates may not be totally accurate.
