Today’s Reflection:

A cloudy day here. It’s OK, maybe there will be some rain.

About a week ago I was looking for a new scent diffuser for my bedroom. The Facebook minions started posting at least 10 ads/day for diffusers. Yesterday, I was fed up. So whenever I saw a diffuser ad, I clicked on the X. hid the ad, and said I had already purchased it. Good news is that today there are no diffuser ads on my feed. I never found one I liked so didn’t buy on. Haha machine.

Since the war in Iran is ruining our economy and costing every taxpayer a whole lot, here’s an old idea for the government…if you want to have a war simply ask Americans to send a check to the government every few months to pay for it. Those who want war will do it, those who don’t want war will not send the check.

No surprise, but the House has adjourned until after the midterms without voting on an AI rules that might save humanity. How is this good?

The hacienda is having another photo shoot. More advertising will be good.

17 Sept History Video

Cool to know:

Baby sea otters can't swim right away.

Their moms will wrap them in pieces of kelp while they hunt until the buoyant pups learn how to paddle around on their own. A raft of otters will also hold hands while they sleep so they don't drift apart!

AI positive and negative:

Deep Learning and Generative AI

Modern AI systems can recognize patterns, generate content, and even simulate human-like interactions.

Artificial Excellence (Next Phase)

The next stage is systems that integrate intelligence, adaptability, ethics, and optimization to achieve excellence across multiple domains.

Interesting Space Facts:

If a star passes too close to a black hole, it can be torn apart.

For 20 years, a team of astronomers observed a star at the center of our galaxy orbiting a black hole.

The star has now got close enough to the black hole for “gravitational redshift” to occur which is where the star’s light loses energy as the black hole’s gravity intensified.
