A nice summer day. Very enjoyable.

My Walmart app stopped working. Bummer. I tried reloading but it still won’t allow for deliveries, only pickup. I’ll figure it out tomorrow.

Lake America…what a joke. So tired of his dribble. He is not a king. When he proclaimed that the Strait of Hormuz is not a US shows his lack of living in the real world. I did learn a new word: hydronym: the naming of waterways. And now we have been at war for 6 months with Iran. The cost of most things just keep going up. Another waste of money. Iran should not have a nuclear weapon, but war is not the way.

I tried to DVR a PBS show I enjoy. PBS ran a 2-hour special on Dolly in it’s place. It was a nice documentary. Such a force and a wonderful human.

AZ has had mail voting for years. I prefer to vote in person but have no problem with people who use mail ballots. The more who vote, the better our democracy.

Last nigh the Cards lost to the Packers and the Broncos beat the Vikings. Both preseason games were worth my time to watch.

Colorado Wildlife:

With their flattened, oval shaped, long grizzled brownish fur, distinctive white stripe on the forehead (sometimes continuing down the back) and powerful build, badgers are easy to identify. They are the "bulldozer" of the weasel family. Large front claws suggest a capable burrower. The face is black with pale marks, the feet are black and the belly is pale. Badgers are well protected from most predators by a thick hide and generally unpleasant disposition.
