Today’s Thoughts

A nice spring day, with some wind.

Our discussion group meets tomorrow to discuss: Trump’s tariffs: the end on an era. This should be very interesting.

My brother posted some great photos of his trip through Spain. He is really seeing some amazing sites.

Trump and tech crew are back from China. Now what? Peace? Lower costs? Cheaper gas? Or will China be opening more business here in the US? Everyone just must wait and see. Sad. Will the US still protect Taiwan? Trump says he will decided very soon on a huge military sale to Taiwan. What? Congress already approved that money…why would he stop that money? Does he even understand how much our economy depends on Taiwan for its computer chips?

 Science Fact of the Day

The largest species of armadillo is the Giant Armadillo, which can grow up to 39 inches long (plus tail) and may weigh up to 132 pounds!

Native American Courage in History

The Navajo Code Talkers And Their Silent Defiance In WWII

During WWII, the Navajo Code Talkers used their language to develop an unbreakable code, which played an essential role in the success of U.S. Army operations in the Pacific. This contributed to victory and served as a powerful revelation to Native American ingenuity and resilience in times of battle.
