Today’s Thoughts

A nice late fall day.

I made my shuttle reservation for my trip to Mexico today. Price went up a little. I have an 11:30am flight and will be picked up around 5:15am. I was hoping for a later pickup time, but this is still better than driving and parking to and from Phoenix. If I drive, it’s about 2+ hours and a parking fee. It is worth it, so I don’t have to drive home after flying.

Rachel Maddow and Liz Cheney are on opposite sides of just about every political issue. Maddow met Cheney in the late 1980’s. They shook hands for about 3 seconds and Cheney said she would call to do an interview, but never did. Now both of them are very concerned about Trump winning the election. This interview was very informative. Cheney did the interview because she believes that the only way for Trump to lose if both liberals and conservatives work together to stop him from winning. Her new book is on sale now, and one of its themes is everyone must put aside their differences to stop Trump. It was a good interview.

 Enjoy
