A nice day.

I had my teeth cleaned today. All good. I did 3 loads of laundry last evening. How can one person have so much laundry? 

There is money for the SNAP program…Trump just doesn’t want to use it. He has very little humanity and no empathy.

The shutdown continues. Why isn’t Trump working with Congress to end it? Is it because he doesn’t care? He should be like every other US President and help EVERY American.

The breeze is keeping it cool.

I’ve been a Dodger’s fan since I took 8^th graders to the games on their 8^th grade trip. Those days were when Fernando Valenzuela was the star. Last night I watched game 3 until the 13^th inning. It went 18 innings…that’s like 2 full games…before the Dodgers finally broke the tie.

I got my COVID booster this morning. No line and only took about 10 minutes to get the shot. Now I’m up-to-date and ready for winter.

I guess it’s time for a talk with my kidney doctor. Their new notification of appointment needs some real work. I had to answer questions on 5 different screens just to confirm my appointment. It even took me to two advertisements…one for Ozempic and one for an advertisement for United Health Care. I am now wondering if I will see more ads when I wait in the room for the doctor. I don’t want any ads when I am with my doctor.

Another nice fall day.

I actually was able to watch the Broncos/Cowboys game live on my TV. A good win.

I stopped at Walgreens for my COVID shot, but they just had one person at the pharmacy and there were two people waiting. I’ll get it tomorrow.

The shutdown continues. No one will blink. It is going to get much harder on many Americans beginning Nov. 1. Congress needs to stop their own pay to settle this.
