A nice day. Giuliani jury
says he must pay $148 million for lying about 2 ladies. Since he says he’s
broke, this is perfect time for Debtor’s Prison. One thing I’ve
learned this Christmas season: many of my favorite ‘Christmas shopping’
stores have left Flagstaff. Those that
have stayed are quite a bit more expensive. Grateful I have money to spend on
close friends and family. |

1957: Birth Control Pill Enovid, a drug the FDA approves for menstrual disorders,
comes with a warning: The mixture of synthetic progesterone and estrogen also
prevents ovulation. Two years later, more than half a million American women
