Today’s Thoughts
It was a cold night, just a dusting of snow on
the ground this morning, then very slowly warming up. The 2”-4” never materialized.
When
the temp hit 45°, I bundled up and took a walk around our campus. It’s only
about ¼ mile but was enough for me.
I’m
going to start Christmas shopping, hopefully tomorrow. Not a lot to buy and I usually
have it mostly done by this time. I had too many walking issues earlier, but am
back to normal now.
Enjoy
Words pronounced
differently in the North and South States…
Anything
That Ends With a 'G'© Provided by ALot.com
Okay,
so if you've ever really talked to a Southerner, then you might have noticed
that words that end with a 'g' typically cut off the 'g.' Fixing
becomes fixin, going becomes goin, going to becomes gonna, and
the list can go on and on. Most Northerners pronounce the 'g's in
words.
