╬My Rambling Thoughts╬
Great lunch at a new place
with Mary and Cheryl. Nice.
Comey hearing question:
How can anyone listen to his testimony and not get it? Oh, and to my Senator
McCain…look at a calendar, it is June 2017…way off base.
Comedians were in the news
last week for questionable things. First, Kathy Griffin pushed the envelope too
hard. I believe her joke was completely horrific. And she deserves whatever
happens. However, I find Bill Maher’s comment much more disturbing. His ‘house
nigga’ comment just rolled off his tongue. I don’t think it was a planned
comment. This is much more disturbing that it was even in his mind. He needs to
do some serious soul searching.
THIS IS NOT NORMAL:
Senator Risch who told Comey that ‘I hope’ from the President is not an
order has never worked for a boss. Bosses say ‘I hope you aren’t late again’
and they expect a change. So did our President.

╬Trivia Hive Answers╬
Greeks Do you remember
your old Dell that ran on Windows 95? Well, it turns out forms of computers
have existed way before you played Space Cadet pinball. The ancient Greeks had
a device known as the Antikythera Mechanism, which they used to chart
planets" progress across the zodiac. In addition to keeping track of
planets, the moon and the sun, the device also helped the Greeks anticipate eclipses
and schedule the four-year cycle for athletic tournaments similar to the
Olympic Games. Source: The Independent

Disclaimer: All opinions are mine…feel free to agree or disagree.
All ‘data’ info is from the internet sites and is usually checked with
at least one other source, but I have learned that every site contains mistakes
and sadly once the information is out there, many sites simply copy it and is
therefore difficult to verify. Also for events occurring before the Gregorian
calendar was adopted [1582] the dates may not be totally accurate.
