My Rambling Thoughts
I took my little chip from my CPAP machine into their office to see if this damn thing is working. It is. Everything working well and now I am the first patient/customer that will try the internet connection so I don’t have to drive over there, the next time it is time to check. Cool I guess. This is required for Insurance to pay for the machine.  They know how much I use it each night and how well it is controlling my Sleep apnea.

2 jokes for the day
It's Bean Soup

When the waitress in a New York City restaurant brought him the soup of the day, the Englishman was a bit dismayed. "Good heavens," he said, "what is this?"

"It's bean soup," she replied.

"I don't care what it's been," he replied. "I want to know what it is now?"

During a 50th anniversary wedding celebration, the father of the bride was asked to give a brief account of the benefits achieved from being married for so long.

He stood up, thought for a long moment, then said, "Well, I've learned that marriage is the best teacher of all. It teaches you loyalty, meekness, forbearance, self-restraint, forgiveness, and...." he paused.

"And?" someone cried out from the back of the room.

"... and a great many other qualities you wouldn't have needed if you'd stayed single!"

Yep, It Really Happened

*--------------- Poetic Justice ---------------*

A man ended up destroying his own home by cutting down his neighbor's tree because it was ruining his car, according to police in Pennsylvania. Luzerne County police said that they have arrested 51-year-old Raymond Mazzarella, for beating his neighbor with a baseball bat after cutting down his neighbor's tree, which ended up falling on his own home. According to the police investigation, Mazzarella took a chainsaw and cut a tree in his neighbor's yard. Mazzarella complained that the tree's branches were over his car, and ruined it. When he cut the tree, it fell on a part of his own apartment building. Mazzarella was taken to a hospital. After he was released, he confronted a neighbor and punched him. The neighbor pulled a stun gun to protect himself. In response, Mazzarella hit him with a baseball bat.

Somewhat Useless Information

There are nearly 160 distinctive breeds and types of horses around the world, but the Arabian horse is unique in that it is the purest of all of the breeds.

After horses became domesticated around 4000 B.C., many Indo-European cultures regarded horses as a supreme sacrifice to their gods and often ritually entombed horses.

Famous owner/horse partnerships that helped change world history include Alexander the Great and his horse Bucephalus ("ox head"), El Cid and Babieca ("stupid"), and Napoleon and Marengo (named after a battle) who after its death, had its skeleton displayed in London.

They are sisters
Skipper is one of Barbie's seven siblings. The other ones are Stacie, Chelsea, Krissy, Kelly, Tutti and Todd. While the rest have stayed pretty true to the blonde-haired, blue-eyed perfection that is the Roberts clan, Skipper sometimes goes brunette. Today, her hair is black and purple and she's rockin' the same teen attitude as she did when she first appeared in 1964. Source: Mattel

All ‘data’ info is from the internet sites and is usually checked with at least one other source, but I have learned that every site contains mistakes and sadly once the information is out there, many sites simply copy it and is therefore difficult to verify. Also for events occurring before the Gregorian calendar was adopted [1582] the dates may not be totally accurate.
